Well, if I would need any work to be done with furnace or water heater, I would call Comfort Connection. They saved my Christmas, installing new furnace. From first conversation to completing the order it was less than 24 hours!! And it was on December 24!!!! I am very thankful to all crew for such a great work!
Daniel and Scott tackled my furnace problem quickly and thoroughly, getting the heat flowing again. Very satisfied with the experience.
I would highly recommend Austin, Daniel and this entire company. Everybody we have worked with has been great! They have been extremely professional, friendly, and prompt. They patiently answered all of our questions, gave us the most reasonable quote, and booked and completed our service right away. I can't say enough good things about them.
The main reason that I called CC was that my house has been feeling like it had lots of cold spots. Daniel did a useful assessment of the air flow in my house. He suggested adjusting the air flow pressure and did so. He also suggested that part of my duct work in the basement that comes from the furnace was was too narrow for the current furnace since it was built for an oil-based heating system. I may in future change that portion of the deck work that he was referring to, but for now we're hoping that the solution of increasing the flow of heat to the rooms will be effective.
