I never write a review so this is a big deal for me. I had a few things that needed be done in my house. I searched and looked at different companies and got quotes. At every step of of this process Comfort Connection was at the top. They are honest and they are not out there to take advantage of you.They quoted a fair price, much lower than the others. However the workmanship, the attention to work and the care to our home was excellent. They checked our air conditioner and made recommendations and gave options as it is an older unit. Justin installed a ceiling fan in our bedroom and a chandelier in our dining room. He is a master electrician and it shows. I will always go back to them. This is a great company.
Comfort Connections is the best! We had trouble with our AC and couldn't figure out why it wasn't working. Daniel was able to figure out why our AC wasn't working and was able to fix the issue for us. Both Steven and Daniel were friendly and explained the issue to me as they worked so I knew what was going on. I highly recommend this company.
Comfort Connections installed our Air conditioner and services both that and our furnace. We had several quotes on the air conditioner and their quote was by far the best value. I highly recommend them.
THIS COMPANY IS THE BEST! I've used Comfort Connection for my last 3 homes for full HVAC renovation. Steve the owner is amazing, incredibly smart, easy to work with, and I've always felt like I can fully trust him and his team. They do EXCELLENT WORK. Steve was able to strategically and creatively get HVAC ducting through our last house remodel in our home built in 1909. I highly recommend them and they are the only company I work with when it comes to Furnace/AC and HVAC.
The tech was on time friendly and knowledgeable. They checked both heating and cooling at a reasonable price. The owner of the company spent a little time with me explaining what they did. I recommend them highly.

4 stars due to price only. The tech was great, listened to what I knew and had done to try to get it going, quickly diagnosed the problem. He dug deep in a service vehicle that isn't his normal rig and found the part, installed it and it fired right up. My only complaint is that for a pretty short service visit, the work and one condenser cost $175 over the $150 service call charge. I know prices are obscene now, but I'm not getting used to it.

I relied on this company for a couple of issues recently & was pleased by their expertise. Prompt, smart & kind—I feel confident my A/C is ready if we have another hot summer! I also know if I have any query about electrical issues, smoke alarms, etc that this company will help me
I put out a call for bids on an HVAC install on Angi, and Comfort Connection was the first one to respond, and Steven came out the next day to have a look at the existing system and put some quotes together. When I was adamant about wanting an all-electric heat pump system, Steven put some quotes together for Mitsubishi Hyper Heat systems, and ultimately came in thousands of dollars cheaper than any of the other quotes I got. I emailed Steven with a few questions on the very cusp of business hours (I was also juggling caring for a six-week-old), and he called me minutes later to talk through the options and allay any concerns—truly above and beyond what I was expecting.
When it was time for the actual install, I expected to need to wait weeks-to-months, but Comfort Connection had availability the next week—they ended up installing the heat pump and air handler over two days, including some fiddly electrical and line routing work in the attic. Everyone involved in the installation was courteous and professional, and we've been enjoying rock-solid, worry-free performance ever since.
