My name is Mark W. In colton or. Got a good deal on a mini split system on line for my new addition. The big problem was no one would help me hook it up. Thay all only install there own modes, not on bought on line. One of my last hope calls was to comfort connection expecting the same run around. Steven the owner said , no problem, he would send a fella over who specialized in there installs, Scott, on his day off to get her done. A fair price & a few hours & I was set. Thay were the only place to even care that I could get my system going. Hats off to Steven & Scott @ comfort connection,top notch! Thanks alot ,Mark

Both Steven (the owner) and Daniel (who did the work!) and Maria (who made the appointments), were very pleasant, a pleasure to deal with, and come recommended without reservation. We installed an Air Scrubber in our HVAC system which we believe will materially combat a variety of allerergic tendencies, especially helping my wife to feel more "normal". A fantastic experience! Steven was kind and friendly, he showed up to our appointment on time, walked with me around the building where I wanted to add heating/cooling, and asked lots of questions. He then sent me a proposal the next day - one of the other contractors took 10 days to get a proposal to me. Steven's proposal was clear and well thought out and was the lowest cost for the project. The installers showed up on time, were neat and tidy with their work and did an excellent job installing the heat pump, 2 mini splits, and the required electrical. Afterward, as I've had questions Steven has been responsive and helpful. I could not be happier with the outcome of this project, and I'm glad I chose Comfort Connection.
Comfort Connections installed my system about 8 years ago. They did a great job and any time I have had an issue, they have been incredibly responsive and helpful even in the midst of an ice storm. They go the extra mile to care for their clients and I cannot recommend them enough
Very good service....This company really cares about its customers. I needed to have Comfort Connection check on my air conditioner , which was not working all the time and replace my thermostat. Steve found out that I needed to replace a part in the unit itself. Lucky for me he had the part with him at the time and installed the new part. Now I have air conditioner that works and a brand new Thermostat. He also had enough time to answer all my questions about the new themostat.
