Our technician was Patrick. He did the most amazing job fixing our Daikin unit!!! He did a preliminary walk through of each indoor unit. He then LISTENED to what we had to say and checked the outdoor unit. Which was the cause of our issues. We were low on coolant. I was absolutely impressed by Patrick and his professionalism that I signed up on the spot for yearly maintenance!
